Endocrine Abstracts

With the increasing prevalence of diabetes and the complexity and landscape of diabetes therapies updating regularly, there is a need for care processes to adapt to meet the needs of all groups - so that expertise can be offered and delivered to the entire diabetes population in the right place, at the right time. This session focuses on the structuring and setting up of diabetes care at a local level and suggested steps in how to establish and evolve the community service to meet current demands.
