Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a common condition that affects about 10% of women of all ages. Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is the most common endocrinopathy affecting women of reproductive age women and has effects from adolescence to menopause with a prevalence between 10% to 13% (1).
