Gonadotroph tumours (GoTs) are frequent intracranial neoplasms that represent 30% of all pituitary tumours (PiTs). While GoTs are responsible of an important morbidity, their tumorigenesis is not yet understood, and their treatment is limited to surgical resection and radiotherapy.
