The risk of hypotension, evaluated by ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, during fasting and outside fasting in patients with adrenal insufficiency

The risk of hypotension during Ramadan fasting in patients with adrenal insufficiency is unknown. The aim of our study was to evaluate objectively this risk.Methods: It is a prospective case-crossover study on 28 patients with known and treated AI.
