We present a case of a patient with a locally invasive, serotonin- and ACTH-reactive tumour in the sellar region, filling the sphenoid sinus and expanding into the epipharynx. Pituitary neuroendocrine tumors (PitNETs) are typically benign tumors presenting with symptoms related to hormone hypersecretion and/or intracranial mass.
